Plug it in
- Place the station near a normal wall outlet and plug it in.
- No hardwiring or special install needed — it works like any appliance.
- The batteries can take up to 4 hours to fully charge fresh out of the box.

Connect it to your account
- Download the GoGo Host app and sign in with the login emailed to you after checkout.
- Follow the in-app steps to activate your station — it connects over its built-in cellular data plan, so no Wi-Fi is required.

Pick the right spot
- Put it where people naturally wait: near the bar, host stand, or entrance.
- Keep it visible, well-lit, and away from spills or heat.

Test it yourself
- Tap or scan the station with your phone to open the ChargerGoGo app (or app.chargergogo.com — no download needed), rent a power bank, and return it.
- Each power bank has Apple, Android, and USB-C cables built in, so it works for every phone.
